Working Process
Step 1 - On Site Consultation
• Conduct full site assessment including drainage & compliance with house warranties
• Discuss necessities & options of all inclusions with you in person.
• Gather your brief and wishlist to complement and complete your new home build
• Check levels, measure and take site photos of current conditions
Step 2 – Design
• 2D, 3D and elevations drawn by the whole design team under the supervision of our qualified Architect
• Presenting optimal outcome of all externals, showing best use of space and usability
• Carry out feasibility study and discuss Opinion of Probable Construction Cost (OPCC)
Step 3 – Project Costing & Contract
• Clear fixed price breakdown on all elements
• Review upgrade options or value management items
• Use of 3rd party contract compliant with the Domestic Building Contracts Act
Step 4 – Specifications & Any Permits Required
• Our Project Coordinator works closely with you to finalise selections of all colours & textures
• Permit drawings and applications handled in-house on your behalf
• Council Report & Consent/ dispensation if required
• Demonstration of capabilities, warranty & insurance, VBA license
Step 5 – Construction
• If new house ,Commences at handover from your home builder.
• Dedicated supervisor to keep you updated and included in efficient progress onsite
Step 6 – Completion & Handover
• Quality assurance inspection to ensure compliance in all areas with structural warranty
• Provide handover guide at client walk through meeting and discuss particulars
• Guides and plans submitted for any underground lighting cabling & irrigation plans
• Supply key fob remotes, labelled keys and demonstration of video intercom gate release system
• Guaranteed return of asset protection from City Council on any of our contracted works
